Back in 1998 I established my South Pacific Solutions companies both in New Zealand, and in the UK. I worked in the UK for two years before returning to NZ for the new millennium. Since then I have mostly lived in NZ and in Australia.

I provide eCommerce Business Development advice and consultation along with providing Project Management services in the eCommerce, Infrastructure and Applications space. My web experience had me involved in implementation experience in Websphere and BEA Application Server environments. I have had broad experience across many aspects of IT and have been employed in many roles from Developer, Team Leader, Web Environment Manager then Project Management and Project Assurance. Prior to Project Management i was involved providing bespoke programming, within the Universe, Unidata, PICK environments.

About me

I was established in 1969, born in Motherwell, Scotland. I worked in IT for about 10 years then left and moved to New Zealand, where I have been since 1995. I traveled around the world in the late 90's and then settled back in New Zealand, and started a family. I have two beautiful kids, a boy and a girl, and have shaped work around a nice lifestyle. I am Director of South Pacific Solutions Ltd and Director / Company Secretary in a ski lodge, 39 South Lodge Ltd. I enjoy motorbiking, fishing, diving, camping... and prepared to try anything once. I love NZ for the opportunities it allows us. Please have a trawl through my family photos which are here to allow family back in Scotland to keep abreast of what I and the kids are up to.
